I will share my experience with what I consider the Best Vestibular Migraine Supplements that have helped me. There’s few others based on the HYH book that you can read and try for yourself. Here are my top 3:

Magnesium

It controls many bodily functions, including muscle and nerve function, blood sugar control, and blood pressure regulation. Some studies have shown that people with migraines have lower levels of magnesium. Therefore supplementing with magnesium may help to prevent migraines by:

The active compounds in feverfew are thought to have anti-inflammatory and blood-vessel constricting properties. Some of the potential benefits of feverfew for migraines include:

  1. Reducing the frequency of migraines up to 50%.
  2. Reducing the severity of migraines making them less intense and less likely to cause dizziness
  3. Improving overall migraine symptoms such as light sensitivity and sound sensitivity.
  4. Acting as a natural anti-inflammatory

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant with some potential benefits of CoQ10 for migraines include:

  1. Reducing the frequency of migraines same as Feverfew some studies have found it can reduce the frequency of migraines by up to 50%.
  2. Improving the effectiveness of other migraine medications increasing effectiveness of beta-blockers and tricyclic antidepressants if you are taking them of course.
  3. Acting as an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage and inflammation
  4. Improving energy production in the body, this is huge for us that suffer from fatigue after an attack
