Top 3 Migraine Resources to help you. When I started my journey I found multiple sources of information, I will share what was most helpful for me. Of course there’s many more so don’t restrict yourself to this list. Keep looking for useful resources based on your needs!

Famous book authors

  • DR Dawn C. Buse, she is a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Buse provides practical advice on how to assess and treat headaches. Also how to work with healthcare providers to develop an effective treatment plan. She has written articles on the psychological aspects of migraines and headaches:
    • The Psychology of Headache” – it provides in-depth look at the psychological aspects of migraines and headaches. Including the impact of stress, anxiety, and depression on pain, as well as strategies for managing psychological symptoms.
    • Behavioral Treatments for Chronic Headache” – Dr. Buse explores the role of behavioral interventions, such as relaxation training, stress management, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, in the treatment of chronic headache and migraine.
